Following are a few pages of the Worship Energizer Book:

Worship Energizers

Move into God’s Presence by focusing on breathing with the movement of our bodies and accompanied by music, we can enter quickly into God’s Presence.

We move quickly into God's Presence by focusing on the words to the worship music and as we move to them, we add the element of praise.   In this busy world of taking care of our families and working, we barely find time to praise God, read the Word, and exercise which are all so important as we seek to live a full life in Christ. The things we need most are sometimes the hardest to fit into our schedules.  In just 3-5 minutes, worship energizers will give you God’s Word through song, and His Presence into your heart as you exercise your body.

Worship Energizers are also designed to energize your Spirit. Sometimes we praise God quietly in our minds and hearts which inspires us to move as we seek to praise Him more!   Other times, when we seem to be unable to focus our hearts and minds on Him, adding the element of movement will usher in His Presence in a profound way!

Worship energizers can be used in private  worship time or in a group setting, such as home group or bible study.

Begin with a worship energizer to prepare hearts for worship and to receive God’s Word.

Center/Core   Where Jesus dwells

Our “core” includes our waist, abdominal & hip area and gluts.  We find our “center” by drawing our navel in and back towards our spine.  As we stand in “foundation”  (see page 9) we will have a strong core center. Every movement begins from here.

Focus on your core first, before each movement; let your physical strength come from your core.  Inhale and fill your lungs with oxygen; as you exhale, completely empty your lungs as you tighten the belt of truth by drawing in navel and focusing on core and Christ’s presence.

Jesus is the center of our life, and as we breath, we inhale His life and acknowledge His Presence - our exhale brings His strength into our life.  Our Core (center, waist, belly) represents His dwelling place in us.

Jesus  gives us life which flows through our bodies, and we give back to Him our hearts and our service.   As His life flows to the center/core, exhale it into your entire body bringing health and life to every muscle and cell.    John 17:3, 23, 26

Jesus sanctifies us (makes us holy) as His Word lives in us and we live in Him.

 John 15:7,  John 17:19
