Now you can experience class with us. This DVD was filmed during one of our classes in Redmond.  Come and experience the element of worship that just can't be captured in a studio recording. 

The DVD is marked into sections.  You can custom design each workout by doing one or more sections - even a 10 minute "workout" will energize your spirit and body for the day and help you walk closer to God and honor your body for Him!
